These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lisa mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By signing up you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
The Service lets you post content such as profile information, posts, reels, videos, comments, products, services, chats, and reviews ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Lisa a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it within the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
You agree not to post content that:
Lisa allows users and vendors to list products and services and to place bookings or orders. Lisa acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers; we are not a party to the transaction unless expressly stated. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of listings, fulfilment, refunds, and customer service. Buyers are responsible for reading listings carefully and paying agreed amounts. Disputes should first be resolved between the parties.
You may submit reviews and ratings for products, services, and videos. Reviews must be honest, based on personal experience, and free of abusive language. We may remove reviews that violate these Terms or appear to be manipulated.
The Service includes 1-on-1, group, and vendor chats. You agree to use these channels respectfully and not to send unsolicited promotions, harassing messages, or content that violates Section 3. We may scan messages for safety, moderation, and legal-compliance purposes.
All trademarks, logos, software, designs, and other content provided by Lisa are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without our written permission.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the safety of our users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user or for the quality of any product or service offered by a vendor.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisa and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold Lisa harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
